Sharira Shuddhi

Om apavitraḥ pavitro vā sarvāvasthāṁ gato'pi vā, yaḥ smaret puṇḍarīkākṣaṁ sa bāhyābhyantara śuciḥ. Puṇḍarīkākṣa! Puṇḍarīkākṣa! Puṇḍarīkākṣāya namaḥ.
